MAJ Legal successfully represented Respondent No.1 before the High Court of Sindh Karachi in Constitutional Petition No. arising out of proceedings under Section 12(2) CPC concerning allegations of fraud and misrepresentation in a decree relating to valuable property situated at Phase-IV, DHA Karachi.

The Hon’ble Division Bench, after hearing the parties and examining the record, upheld the order of the learned Senior Civil Judge and declined to interfere in the constitutional jurisdiction. The Court observed that where disputed questions of fact and authenticity of documents require proper adjudication, the trial court is fully empowered to record evidence and conduct a detailed examination before reaching a final conclusion. The Hon’ble Court further directed expeditious disposal of the proceedings within a fixed timeline.
